We recently delivered a complete hot oil system to a customer who was unfortunate enough to have a fire in his own system. The customer was not prepared for the incident, and had no prepared contingency plan. They quickly contacted us and we were able to send out the complete system within a short time. The customer was able to start up their own production only three weeks after the fire.

Advantages of hot oil systems

Hot oil systems can be run at a higher temperature than with water and at a lower pressure than steam. A hot oil plant has the option of providing a process temperature of up to 400C degrees, with the right choice of hot oil quality. You have good control over the processor temperature, which is very important in some industries.

As hot oil systems do not contain water, there is no problem with ice formation, and therefore no frost damage either. The hot oil systems are, so to speak, pressureless, in contrast to water and steam systems. In addition, there are few problems with corrosion, condensation and deposits as a result of the oil’s properties.

Het oil plant HMO 400

We have a large rental fleet of heating systems. One of our hot oil systems is the HMO 400. The HMO 400 is an industrial boiler that is fast and flexible and ready for independent use. This hot oil boiler has storage space for thermal oil, internal gas buffer system and pump.

The hot oil boiler has a heating capacity of 400kW, it is equipped with an LPG burner and it has a compact design in a 20-foot container. HMO 400 is particularly well suited for longer projects and long-term rentals.

We are flexible and have skilled professionals who can tailor to your own wishes. Among other things, it is possible to deliver the HMO 400 with Bio-Diesel burner and tank on request.

Rental of a mobile hot oil plant for glue production

We were called when the customer’s own hot oil system stopped. We then delivered a complete mobile 400 kW hot oil plant for temperatures up to 280 degrees, so that the customer could continue producing glue.
