Heating and cooling premises, tents and halls is something we can do. Every year, Energy Rent rents cooling and heating equipment for a number of different events. Everything from large fairs in halls to smaller private events in garden tents.

We have a particular focus on environmentally friendly solutions. For example, we can supply mobile “plug-and-play” heat pumps that have low operating costs and are extremely quick to install. We also have equipment for biodiesel and electricity.

Energy Rent was chosen as the supplier for cooling the filming of the Hollywood film “The Snowman”, where we ensured both the cooling of the film set and the snow that was brought in. In addition, we made sure that the actors in front of the camera were given frost smoke, to emphasize the cold.

Energy Rent via the IceBreaker concept plans, sizes, builds and operates its own mobile ice rinks.

In December 2021, we set up a 450 square meter skating rink at the Oil Museum in Stavanger, in collaboration with Stavanger Centre. The ice rink has become an annual attraction along with the Christmas market, gingerbread town and other events in the city centre.
