We often see that new heating systems are assembled and put into operation without the system being cleaned in advance. This can lead to dirt and particles in pipes and systems during installation. By cleaning the heating system, you can prevent dirt and particles from remaining and being carried around by the water flow.

Particles can cause erosion and corrosion, leading to operational problems with pumps and equipment. The accumulation of particles in the heat exchanger can lead to higher pressure loss, poorer heat transfer, and increased operating costs.

Older systems often develop scaling, corrosion particles, and biofilm. Before performing chemical cleaning of the equipment, we always carry out an inspection and evaluate the medium in a laboratory.

Energy Rent conducted chemical cleaning of the radiators in a building where the customer experienced insufficient heating. The challenge here was magnetite in the radiators.

We performed thermography of the radiators before and after. This revealed significant challenges in heat transfer.

In two days, we cleaned the entire building, including pumps, underfloor heating, radiators, and the piping system. Performance was restored.
