The customer faced a regulatory change prohibiting the use of city water for cooling purposes, necessitating a quick and effective transition to an alternative cooling system to maintain uninterrupted operation.
The Solution
Energy Rent delivered two chillers each of 2170kW, which were connected to the customer's facility via a newly installed pump station. This system was designed to provide a highly efficient cooling solution that completely replaced the need for city water, ensuring the transition was seamless without affecting the customer's daily operations.
