A heat exchanger is a mechanical device designed for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another.
With over 10 years of experience in mobile heating rental, we assist in solving situations where there is a need for rental of mobile heat exchangers for both planned and unplanned events. This way, we can help reduce damage and problems or replacement of equipment throughout Norway in a very short time.
Industrial mobile heat exchangers for specific processes
Our rental mobile heat exchangers can withstand temperatures as low as -20 degrees and up to +160 degrees. They can withstand high pressure – up to 30 bar and have a heating capacity of up to 1000 kW (80/60°C – 70/50°C) and a cooling capacity of up to 500 kW (0/5°C – 7/12°C).
In our rental fleet, we have mobile heat exchangers for different media, including saltwater, water, glycol, and steam. Our mobile heat exchangers are flexible to use, easy to install and start up, and can be quickly connected via hoses. The heat exchanger can be installed indoors or outdoors. Most rental heat exchangers are mounted on a frame the same size as a Euro pallet, 120 x 80 x 165 cm.
Renting heat exchangers
Equipment testing with mobile heat exchangers Before Johan Castberg arrived in Norway in early 2022, we were contacted and asked to provide heat exchangers for equipment testing on the ship. We delivered six mobile heat exchangers, which together transferred a power of 4600 kW.
Specialists at your service Whatever the reason, whether it is capacity issues, conversion processes, emergencies, or seasonal-dependent needs, our experienced specialists will support and assist you throughout the process, from start to finish, to find the best solution.
Planned maintenance – rent a mobile heat exchanger from us! If your own heat exchangers need to be taken out of operation, either for testing, cleaning, or maintenance, we have mobile heat exchangers that can replace your own equipment in the meantime, so operations do not have to stop. We can integrate our equipment into existing systems without significant disruptions.
Chemical cleaning of heat exchangers
The customer contacted us when they experienced a reduction in heat transfer in their seawater heat exchangers. We performed a chemical cleaning of two large seawater heat exchangers. We used mobile CIP equipment with a heating cassette of 22 kW and a pump of 170 liters per minute, a tank of 215 liters, and necessary chemicals to perform the chemical cleaning of the heat exchangers.
We are available around the clock and can assist you with both planned and unplanned events. Our specialists will assist you throughout the process and find the best solution for your situation. Contact us for a non-binding conversation about renting a mobile heat exchanger according to your needs.
