Industrial mobile heat exchangers for specific processes
Our rental mobile heat exchangers can withstand temperatures as low as -20 degrees and up to +160 degrees. They can withstand high pressure – up to 30 bar and have a heating capacity of up to 1000 kW (80/60°C – 70/50°C) and a cooling capacity of up to 500 kW (0/5°C – 7/12°C).
In our rental fleet, we have mobile heat exchangers for different media, including saltwater, water, glycol, and steam. Our mobile heat exchangers are flexible to use, easy to install and start up, and can be quickly connected via hoses. The heat exchanger can be installed indoors or outdoors. Most rental heat exchangers are mounted on a frame the same size as a Euro pallet, 120 x 80 x 165 cm.

Equipment testing with mobile heat exchangers Before Johan Castberg arrived in Norway in early 2022, we were contacted and asked to provide heat exchangers for equipment testing on the ship. We delivered six mobile heat exchangers, which together transferred a power of 4600 kW.

Chemical cleaning of heat exchangers
The customer contacted us when they experienced a reduction in heat transfer in their seawater heat exchangers. We performed a chemical cleaning of two large seawater heat exchangers. We used mobile CIP equipment with a heating cassette of 22 kW and a pump of 170 liters per minute, a tank of 215 liters, and necessary chemicals to perform the chemical cleaning of the heat exchangers.
