Portable air conditioning rental for industry and offices

Portable air conditioning for industry, offices and technical rooms

When the fixed cooling fails, a heatwave hits or a room simply runs too hot, we deliver portable air conditioning that is running the same day. Energy Rent rents out split-type portable AC units and larger chiller-based systems for production halls, offices, server rooms, control rooms and events across Europe – delivered within 24 hours, with installation included.

Why a split unit beats a standard portable AC

Most portable air conditioners on the market are monoblock units: the hot and cold side sit in the same box, and the heat is pushed out through a 150 mm hose in a window. Much of that heat leaks straight back in, capacity drops, and the compressor noise stays in the room.

Our Cool KM7 works like a fixed heat pump. It has a separate indoor and outdoor unit connected by glycol-filled hoses of up to 30 metres, so the heat is dumped well away from the room. It plugs into a standard 230 V socket, connects with quick couplings and delivers approx. 7 kW of cooling.

From one room to a whole production hall

• Offices, shops and control rooms: Cool KM7 split units, approx. 7 kW each
• Server rooms and technical rooms: KM7 for small rooms, a mobile chiller with air handler for larger ones
• Production halls, warehouses and events: mobile chillers combined with air handlers with airflow up to 20,000 m³/h

For larger capacity, see our mobile chillers from 7 to 1,200 kW.

When to rent portable air conditioning

• The fixed cooling system fails or is down for service
• A heatwave pushes temperatures above safe working limits
• Temporary offices, site cabins, tents and events
• A server room overheats after new equipment is added
• Testing and commissioning of new buildings
